Privacy Policy

1.Information I Collect

I only collect what you choose to give me, plus the basic technical information any website receives:

• Contact and request forms: your name, and whatever else you fill in — phone, email, business or venue name, website, and your message.
• Newsletter: your email address and first name, only if you tick the box asking for my newsletter.
• Calls, texts, and emails: whatever you send me directly.
• Client work: the materials you share so I can do a job — photos, logos, documents, account access.
• Technical data: like every website, my host automatically records basic server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

2.How I Use It

• To answer your message and give you a quote
• To do the work you've hired me for, and to invoice you for it
• To send my newsletter — only if you signed up for it
• To keep the website secure and working properly

Sending me a message through a contact form does not add you to any mailing list.

3.Cookies & Tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and it doesn't run analytics that follow you around the internet. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. If I ever add analytics, I'll update this policy first.

4.Who Else Handles Your Information

I don't sell your personal information, and I don't share it with anyone for their own marketing. I do rely on a few service providers to run the business, and they only handle your information to provide their service to me:

• Hostinger — hosts this website
• Web3Forms — delivers form messages to my inbox
• Kit — sends my newsletter, if you've subscribed
• Google — email and fonts

I may also share information if the law requires it.

5.Your Materials & Passwords

Anything you share for a project — photos, documents, logins — is used only for that project and kept confidential. When I help you with an account, the account stays in your name and the passwords stay yours; I don't keep copies once the job is done. I may show finished work in my portfolio only with your permission.

6.How Long I Keep It

I keep messages and client records for as long as I need them to help you and to meet tax and bookkeeping requirements. Newsletter subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe. You can ask me to delete your information at any time (see below).

7.Your Choices & Rights

• Unsubscribe from the newsletter anytime using the link in any email.
• Ask to see, correct, or delete the information I have about you by emailing or calling me.

California residents: you have the right to know what personal information I've collected about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to not be discriminated against for asking. I do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under California law. I'll respond to requests within 45 days, and usually much sooner.

8.Children’s Privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent me information, contact me and I'll delete it.

9.Changes to This Policy

If I change how I handle information, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
